Staff, Trustees and members came together to listen to what Dacorum Mencap had been up to in 2024 and to enjoy a buffet lunch. The Chairman’s report confirmed that the last year has, as ever been a busy one.
As well as all the usual monthly activities, other fab activities have included scuba diving, Mulligans to play crazy golf, Hollywood Bowl, the Circus, Kew little pig farm, tennis coaching, kite flying, another trip to Southend on Sea.
At the AGM our colleague Tracy Catt was presented with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate her 26 years working for Dacorum Mencap in the Office. Tracy deals with all our finance and ensures a smooth running of the office.
During our AGM a sound bath practicer treated us to a 20 mins Sound Bath taster. We listened to crystal bowls and gongs! Everyone left this year’s AGM enthusiastic with ideas for the year ahead and very relaxed!
